🚀 Automating Appointment Management with UiPath + AI Agent (ChatGPT)

In this video, I walk through a proof of concept that combines UiPath automation with a ChatGPT-powered AI Agent to handle customer appointment queries—confirmations, changes, and cancellations.

The automation scans unread emails, and for each message:
Extracts the customer name and intent using a ChatGPT-based LLM Agent (using NLP)
Executes the appropriate action via UiPath workflows (confirm, change, or cancel)
Generates a personalized response email using GenAI within ChatGPT-based LLM Agent
Sends the reply back to the customer through the main automation flow

💡 This POC demonstrates how enterprises can leverage LLM Agents for:
Natural language understanding (NLP)
Intelligent decision-making
Automated response generation

While this version doesn’t yet include context injection or guardrails, those enhancements are on the roadmap for future videos.
