Another Level 3 Fire Cape?

Today I look into possibly starting fresh on a level 3 combat account in Old School Runescape, but this time WITHOUT combat xp. If I want to continue this account I'll also need a no combat xp level 3 fire cape because I just do.
So I'll be looking for yet another new method to complete a fire cape with 3 combat. This account already has Priest in Peril and Fremennik Trials done, allowing it to access new areas and awesome content that no other level 3 can.
