Lloyd Harp & His Hoosier Rhythm Boys. Lloyd Harp: Vocals and rhythm guitar, Les Sexton: lead guitar and Bob Frame: upright bass. Released on the small Yolk label from Indianapolis, Indiana. Lloyd Harp (1919-1980) was born in Sidney, Ohio and this was the only record he released. Lloyd Harp & His Hoosier Rhythm Boys was one of the very few bands that still recorded rockabilly with only upright bass and guitars in the 1960s. This sounds like it could have been recorded in 1955.
