INGREDIENTS:
1 1/4 cups short sprouted munggo
2 tbsp spring oniion
2 tbsp chopped onion
Batter
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup cornstarch
3 tbsp crispy fry breading mix
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/4 tsp brown sugar
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 tbsp sesame oil
1/2 cup of water or as needed
oil for frying
