10. Interactive Module: Demo Workflow for Starting with a Protein Structure

This video demonstrates a sample workflow for mapping annotations (mutations/scores/features) onto protein sequences and structures, starting with a user-provided protein structure. The workflow consists of three steps. In any step, users can change the selection of the structure and the annotations. The results of the workflow can be shared securely with collaborators and are only accessible via authorized email addresses.
