Twenty years after child beauty queen JonBenet Ramsey was found in her Boulder, CO home, her brother, Burke, responds to accusations that he was involved. When Dr. Phil explains that some people have a theory that Burke was involved in JonBenet's demise, and then their parents covered it up, Burke says, "I know that's not what happened ...
