Welcome to your 60 min winter solstice practice. This is a full body yoga flow to help you relax and realign this winter. The class includes a little of everything to give you a well-rounded practice that targets the whole body.

In this class we will flow through a series of postures in a slow and controlled manner, giving you plenty of time to find your alignment and focus on your breath.

The class includes a full body flow with backbends, hip openers and balances (all with modifications for every level). The class also includes some restorative poses with props at the end before shavasana, meditation and breath work.
