NPC Toshiie. Forward+T has him spin forward with his fiery spear and is really spammable. R1 does the fireballs spewing attack that can be extended with Square presses. Very solid character with good damage and coverage.
All credits of the NPC code go to "ZiT". I did not make the code myself.
