On my second day in Kurashiki I used my JR Kansai Wide Pass to pop over to Himeji, to see the castle and the beautiful garden that sits beneath it. I’ll also show you how to find the perfect photo spot behind a shrine to get a beautiful view of the castle with a red bridge! Heading back to Kurashiki I visited the incredible Ohara Museum of Art, and took my time enjoying the local shops and historic quarter.
