Welcome to a fast, fun Master Duel guide where I break down a Live/Evil Twin Fiendsmith–Spright hybrid that’s easy to learn, explosive to play, and perfect for clipping value plays in ladder. I’ll show the key cards, their real effects, a simple starter combo, one unique strategy you probably haven’t tried, and whether the build still holds up in 2025.

Key cards:
Evil★Twin’s Trouble Sunny — Quick-link monster; you can Tribute it (Quick) to Special Summon up to 1 “Ki-sikil” and up to 1 “Lil-la” from your GY. GY effect: banish it to send an Evil★Twin from hand/deck/field to GY and send 1 card on field to GY.

Fiendsmith’s Lacrima — Fusion (2 LIGHT Fiend); on Fusion Summon: target 1 LIGHT Fiend in GY/banished, add it to hand or Special Summon it. If sent to GY: shuffle 1 other LIGHT Fiend from GY into Deck/Extra and inflict 1200 damage. (Also grants -600 ATK to opponent’s monsters by text.)

Spright Blue — If you control a Level/Rank/Link-2 monster, you can Special Summon this from hand once per turn. When Special Summoned: add 1 “Spright” monster from Deck to hand (except itself).

Easy starter combo (example, turn 1):
Normal/SS Spright Blue (or use small extender) to search a Spright (e.g., Spright Red).
Use extenders/Fiendsmith pieces to Fusion/Link into Fiendsmith’s Lacrima, grab a LIGHT Fiend from GY for follow-up.
Use Evil★Twin’s Trouble Sunny as Link material (or set for GY) and Tribute/activate its Quick to summon Ki-sikil + Lil-la from GY to extend board and pressure.

Unique strategy:
Fiend-pressure tempo — lean into Fiendsmith recursion (Lacrima loops + GY triggers) to keep re-using Evil★Twin extenders. Instead of pure OTK, play a tempo/lock plan: force opponent to answer recurring Fiends while you chip damage and set up Spright negates/interrupts. Recent hybrid lists show this is a viable, flexible line.

Is this viable in the 2025 meta?
Short answer: Yes—playable and surprises ladder opponents, but it’s not top-tier consistent vs the absolute best combo/FTK lists. It thrives in mid-meta and rogue-deck slots where recursion + disruptive Spright plays punish greedy lines. Keep tech slots for handtraps and board wipes depending on your local meta.
