This is an in depth bearing change on a Hyperlite 2307 / 2522 Electric Motor. Followed by Tips and Other Motors after the 6min. mark.
I made this video to give viewers an in depth look at changing bearings on electric motors without using a press. Listed below is a description of the Bolts ,nuts, and washers you will need to make your own tool to press in the bearings.
1-30mm Long M3 thread bolt. Head can be Screw, bolt, or allen head.
1-M3 thread Nut for M3 the Bolt
2- Washers slightly wider than your bearings. In this case 9mm wide
2-Washers slightly smaller in diameter. In this case 8mm wide. The 8mm wide washers help distribute pressure from the Nut and driver across the larger washer and bearing surface.
