In today's video, Coach Tom explains how to perform the "JUMP HOOK." In this edition, we're focusing on the Jump Hook to the middle of the paint, as the defender is playing either behind you or on your low side. In future videos, we'll demonstrate the Jump Hook to the Baseline.

As mentioned in the video, this move works hand-in-hand with its counter move, the "UP and Under." Once you've sold the defender on the Jump Hook, you can use the Up and Under to get them up in the air and allow yourself to get an easy layup.
