I know there is a lot of negative feelings about "food sensitivities" and "gluten free" in the world today, so it was somewhat difficult for me to open myself up to judgment, but at the end of the day I felt it was important to speak up and possibly help at least one person. This is not me forcing you to stop eating certain foods or to get tested, but simply making you aware of what I've gone through in the hopes that maybe it resonates with you, or reminds you that there are people who can't eat like you do, and do not deserve the judgement they get every time they go out to eat. It's difficult for me to talk about this because people rarely seem to understand, but it's occurred to me that people can't understand unless I talk about it. So here it is.
