💀 Boss: Swamp Thing
🌿 Location: Pact 3 — “Swamp” Level

The Swamp Thing is a massive, grotesque creature rising from the toxic bog. On Nightmare difficulty, it’s a brutal endurance test — the boss is invulnerable for most of the fight, forcing you to use the environment to open short windows of vulnerability.

⚔️ Strategy — Nightmare Difficulty
1. Stay Mobile

The swamp terrain slows you down — movement is survival. Keep jumping, strafing, and circling the arena. Watch for sinking spots and grab ammo and health between attacks.

2. Exploding Bubbles

Across the swamp are large gas bubbles. Wait for the boss to get close, then shoot them 💥 to make them explode. Each burst weakens Swamp Thing and builds toward its next vulnerability phase.

3. Ignite the Fires

After several bubbles are destroyed, fire orbs will appear around the arena. Shoot and ignite at least three 🔥 to open the boss’s vulnerable state. This is key to progressing the fight.

4. Vulnerability Phase

When the boss solidifies — no longer glowing or shadowy — it’s your chance to deal damage.
Unload your strongest weapons: Rocket Launcher, Chaingun, or any heavy hitter.
Activate your Tarot buffs (like Rage or Double Haste) to maximize DPS before it phases out again.

5. Repeat the Cycle

Once it roars and retreats into invulnerability, start over:
Explode bubbles → Ignite fires → Attack hard → Repeat
Three or four successful vulnerability windows usually finish it off.
