The recipe for the orange liqueur is as follow:
First bring 100ml of water and 100g sugar to a boil add 6 cloves and simmer till nice caramel color take off the heat and allow to cool.
Add 500ml of 60% Orange brandy to the sugar water and stir until all sugar is completely dissolved.
Strain out cloves and add 500ml of orange juice and the juice of one medium lemon.
Mix well, allow to stand over night and place in fridge after 2 days strain off the sediment for a perfectly clear liqueur, enjoy straight up or as cocktail.
