DJI Phantom 2 - Motor Problem and Replacement

Straight out of the box, one of the DJI Phantom 2 motors was bad. This is a short video showcasing my replacement of the bad motor and challenges I had to overcome.
Problem symptoms included: The motor would skip and sputter during the first spin up, but would sort itself out within about 5-10 seconds. I would get a good flight out of the quadcopter and everything seemed fine. When I went to fly it on subsequent flights, flight 2, 3 and 4 it would not spin freely and it would cause it to crash or not take off at all.
Included in this motor replacement video is the clip of my quadcopter crashing.
After replacing the bad motor, it flew better than new!
Things I would do different:
1. Use the right kind of bullet connectors on each of the (3) wires.
2. Leave more length on the existing wires coming from the ESC so that soldering does not occur over the board.
