Today, we are joined by a young and inspiring engineer, Er. Khem Raj Sijapati, whose journey reflects extraordinary dedication, discipline, and resilience. Despite beginning his career as an Overseer, he continued to push his limits—balancing a full-time job with the demanding workload of full-time engineering studies. His determination eventually led him to become a registered engineer, proving that commitment and hard work can reshape anyone’s path.

He is currently working at the Nepal Airlines Corporation, contributing his technical skills to one of Nepal’s most iconic national institutions. Alongside his professional responsibilities, he actively runs the Facebook page, where he shares valuable guidance, resources, and motivation for students preparing for Lok Sewa (PSC) exams. He has also authored helpful materials for 5th-level PSC candidates, making him a mentor for many aspiring technicians and overseers across Nepal.

From long workdays to late-night studies, from government service preparation to engineering coursework, Khem Raj’s story is a powerful example of what is possible when someone refuses to give up.

About Host:
Er. Rajkumar Adhikari is a professional Civil engineer with an MBA degree. He has worked in different manufacturing companies like Shivam Cement, Ambe Steels, Siddhartha Cement & CG Cement as a Technical Project Sales Manager and as a Project Manager in the construction industry. He has diverse work experience in the construction industry, from the construction material manufacturing industry to the use of those materials.

Currently, Er. Adhikari works as an authorized valuer of different commercial & development banks in Nepal.
