He explains what the Technician at your local Porsche dealership service department has to do in order to work on your hybrid or EV safely. He details Porsche’s history with hybrids and EVs, then moves onto what certifications Technicians need to attain, shows us the safe and dangerous areas of the car, how work on the car is done once it's safe to do so, and how they are returned back to service. It’s a technical but fascinating presentation into how these cars are changing the way a "mechanic" works on a car.
