In the video four examples of automatedwork with a BILA RoboPower in the metal industry is presented.
The robot is placed with both a lathe and a milling machine. For safety reasons the RoboPower often is fore closured in the production area as shown in three of the presented situations. In the fourth situation the employees have free access to the RoboPower because it is installed without a foreclosure. Even so safety has been considered in the automated solution. A sick scanner has been placed on the RoboPower to switch of the robot automatically if a person approaches it.
