57reps LONG CYCLE in 5min with 2x30kg kettlebells
Pace: 10,11,11,12,13reps
After two weeks lifting 2x32kg, 2x30kgs feel great !
Very pleased with the result.
About a month ago I did 61reps in 5min with 2x28kg
Two weeks ago I did 50reps in 5min with 2x32kg.
55,5 reps will be right in the middle.
That was my aim, ended up scoring even a bit more.
Still feeling good about barefoot shoes for LC.
I feel my feet work much better wearing them. I understand better how wide exactly shall I stand on the platform.
Not having cramps in my feet after a big set anymore either 🙌
