Hi guys, recently I got the Keychron K7 with optical brown switches. But because we know that Optical Brown switches have slight pre travel so I decided to get the Optical Banana switches which practically have no pre travel. I have lubed the switches and to go one step further I have installed custom rubber pads so that the bottoming out of these switches can be dampened a bit. I have also foam modded the keyboard for an extra layer of quietness.

Overall the result is excellent, may not sound quiet but feels significantly better than the stock Optical Brown switches.
