Dr. Bharat Pradhan is a structural engineer with over 13 years of experience in design, research, and construction, both in Nepal and abroad. He holds a PhD in Structural Engineering from the University of Palermo, Italy, and a master's degree from Bauhaus University, Germany. While many young engineers chase careers overseas, Dr. Pradhan made a bold decision — he returned to Nepal to contribute to sustainable infrastructure, earthquake-resilient design, and the next generation of engineering talent.

He currently serves as the Executive Director at Pro Eth Pvt. Ltd., is a postdoctoral researcher affiliated with the University of Palermo, and is actively involved with the Structural Engineers’ Association of Nepal. From designing major national projects to teaching at top engineering colleges, he is shaping Nepal’s engineering landscape in multiple ways.

His story is a powerful example of how global knowledge can be brought back home — and how one engineer can spark real change.

Er. Rajkumar Adhikari is a professional Civil engineer with an MBA degree. He has worked in different manufacturing companies like Shivam Cement, Ambe Steels, Siddhartha Cement & CG Cement as a Technical Project Sales Manager and as a Project Manager in the construction industry. He has diverse work experience in the construction industry, from the construction material manufacturing industry to the use of those materials.

Currently, Er. Adhikari works as an authorized valuer of different commercial & development banks in Nepal.
