On April 1st, 2014, MAGES. had announced "Fantastical Science ADV Specium;Boys".
While this was at first a simple April Fools joke, a month later, MAGES. and Tsuburaya Productions announced that this would be a legitimate collaboration project under the name "Spacium Shonen". But since its announcement, details on the project have ranged from scant to non-existent, with many doubting that the project will ever see the light of day.
11 years later, let's take a look back at Specium;Boys — the SciADV entry that never happened.
Apologies if there's a noticeable difference in audio quality between my usual videos and this one. I'm traveling at the moment and attending a conference, so I had to record this quietly in a hotel room and without my usual audio recording setup.
