kathaṁ vidyām ahaṁ yogiṁs tvāṁ sadā paricintayan
keṣu keṣu ca bhāveṣu cintyo ’si bhagavan mayā

O Kṛṣṇa, O supreme mystic, how shall I constantly think of You, and how shall I know You?
In what various forms are You to be remembered, O Supreme Personality of Godhead?

भगवद गीता अध्याय 10, श्लोक 17 में अर्जुन भगवान श्रीकृष्ण से यही प्रश्न करते हैं—
वे जानना चाहते हैं कि भगवान को हमेशा कैसे स्मरण किया जाए और किस रूप में उनका ध्यान किया जाए।

यह श्लोक हमें सच्ची पूर्णता का मार्ग दिखाता है। गीता के अनुसार परिपूर्णता केवल बाहरी सफलता नहीं, बल्कि अंतरात्मा की शुद्धता और भगवान के प्रति चेतना है। जब मनुष्य भगवान को हर स्थिति में स्मरण करता है, तभी उसका जीवन वास्तव में परिपूर्ण बनता है।
