Ingredients for making HARIYALI CHICKEN GHEE ROAST
1200 Grams Chicken marinated with salt, lemon and turmeric
1 cup coriander leaves
1/4 cup mint leaves
5 green chillies
2 tbsp of garlic
1/2 tsp ginger
25 cashews
1 tbsp Black Pepper
1 cup Curd

1/2 cup ghee
cumin - 1 tsp
cloves - 6
cinnamon - 1 pc
green cardamom - a few
black cardamom - a few
mace - a few
Onions - 2
2 tbsp Coriander Powder
1 Spoon Garam Masala /
1 tsp Chicken Masala powder
1 tbsp Kasoori methi
