Welcome back to the More High Peak Channel, and first of all — Happy New Year to everyone watching. I hope 2026 is a happy, healthy, and prosperous one for you all.

This week’s video is a proper garage update, and after a pretty tough few months toward the end of last year, there’s finally some good news to share.

The channel has just hit 80,000 subscribers, which has honestly blown my expectations. I want to say a massive thank you to every single one of you for the support, especially for the kind comments and encouragement during a difficult period when sales were slow and things felt a bit grim behind the scenes.

The good news? Sales have finally picked up.
Cars are moving again, stock is turning over, and there’s a bit of momentum back in the business.

That said… it wouldn’t be a real garage update without some bad news too.
In this video, I run through:
🚗 What’s sold – the cars that have finally moved on after a slow spell
🛒 What’s been bought – fresh stock coming in and filling the forecourt again
🔧 What’s broken – including some painful issues that hit the wallet hard

Unfortunately, there’s also a couple of proper headaches:
A full refund issued on a Ford Wildtrak, which is never an easy thing to swallow
A Mercedes with a rotten subframe, turning what looked like a decent car into a real problem

This is the reality of the used car trade — good weeks, bad weeks, wins, losses, and everything in between. I always try to show the honest side of it, not just when things are going well.
