What’s NEW For 2025 at Six Flags Darien Lake? | Media Day Vlog | Thrill Warrior

I attended a media/content creator event at Six Flags Darien Lake this past week and had an absolute blast. I got invited to check out some of the new park and ride improvements, as well as ride some of the coasters before the park opened as park of our exclusive ERT! Mind Eraser, the park’s Vekoma SLC, received a bit of track work as well as some new trains. Predator the park’s Dinn Wooden Coaster received even more titan in track, and the coaster is in a phase of being fully refurbished with Titan track throughout the entire ride, including the lift and brake run. Right now 1200ft of Titan track from GCI has been installed. The coaster runs exceptionally smooth and much faster than it originally did providing more airtime. Eventually, it will no longer be a wooden Coaster, but instead will be a hybrid coaster with fully steel track. This change will occur over the next few years. In addition to the Titan Track for Predator and the trains and track work for Mind Eraser, Ride of Steel the park’s signature coaster from Intamin received a brand second train. The new train is currently being commissioned and should be ready sometime in the next few weeks. Now the ride will have two trains and we have a much higher capacity.
