Recently I started liondance training in mij center again. I tryed it before a couple of times but could not get it to fit the schedual.
Now I think we found the right formula as I just let everybody join who want and we pratice freely for an hour on Saturday. I happy to see that we have a enthusiastic group that is getting better slowly.
The video is from my youngest son trying to get more expression in the lion waking up.
