What's Back to School without marbled composition notebooks?

These traditional icons of the classroom have been staples for centuries now! They first made their debuts in the 1860s in Germany and France, inspired by printing techniques in early China and Japan, and were made popular in the United States in the 1970s by Mead. These classics have always been preferred and required by teachers in my school years, and now my own kiddos are making memories and learning to write in their own!
