Devin Booker’s first signature shoe, the Nike Book 1 is a Ben Nethongkome-designed basketball sneaker grounded in lifestyle influences. Lifting stylistic cues from the Air Force 1, Blazer and Air Jordan 1, the canvas and twill upper is upgraded with a suede collar and leather detailing. Underfoot, technologies including Cushlon 2.0 foam and Air Zoom work in tandem for a smooth ride. As a final aesthetic statement, the silhouette’s “Chapter One” heel tab is inspired by a book spine, with layers inside resembling book pages.
