🎹 Colors of My Heart – A Semi-Improvisation in 3 Variations 🎶

This is one of my first experiences in improvising at the piano, and I've called it "Colors of My Heart." It's a guided improvisation, meaning I played along a structured chord progression:

Verse: F – Dm – Gm – C
Chorus: Bb – F – Dm – C, followed by Bb – F – C.

The left-hand arpeggio patterns form a consistent foundation across all three variations, with subtle additions and variations to keep things interesting. Thus, the improvisation doubles as a helpful practice exercise for arpeggios in the key of F major.

Throughout the improvisation, I also revisited certain motifs to maintain structure and coherence, making sure to stay in familiar territory while exploring new ideas.

This improvisation journey was exciting and inspiring—hopefully, it will lead to further exploration in piano arrangements and creativity.
