A landlocked country is a country with no coastline and no access to an open sea or ocean. It's a country that is surrounded from all sides by other countries
There are currently 49 countries that are landlocked
Oddly enough, some of these countries that have no access to the ocean have their own navies.
Why does a country with no ocean or open sea still need a NAVY? maintaining a navy is very expensive, Watch the video to figure out why they still maintain a navy
Such is the case of Bolivia that opens the video with the Bolivian Navy, next is the Mongolian Navy, which was a great empire 800 years ago, Azerbaijan is yet another country with a navy deployed in the Caspian sea, Paraguay is the poorest country in this list, but it doesn't stop it from owning one of the largest naval fleets out of all the countries that have no access to the coastline, and lastly is the Kazakh naval forces
