Modern Luxe? + Poolside Splash // Speedbuild

New Kits for #thesims4

Modern Luxe? is on the gallery. I say it with a "?" because I built this before the kit actually came out so I very questionably built the house while looking at the leaked items on Twitter. lol.

Opinions; I really like the Poolside Splash kit but I don't tend to care about CAS kits because I build and never really play. I HATE the floats though. 2/5
I like the items for the Modern Luxe but I wish there were some more everyday swatches. I don't really like the gold swatches on any of the items in the game but the gold in this kit is nice. 3/5
