Video shows how action works. The transfer bar in the shotgun broke, while fixing I built the action on outside of receiver so the working parts can be identified and seen in operation. Video is after fixing the transfer bar.
Older H&R shotguns (Topper model (no.48)) did not use a transfer bar, but other aspects of the action are basically the same. The newer version with transfer bar is actually model 148 or 148 A I believe.

Not much fun to put back together. FYI, the drift pins are directional and were supposed to drift in from the left side of the receiver, no telling of the last person that took them apart put them back that way.
