Grinding Bernerd Grip-Tru chuck jaws and cheap Aliexpress reamers

More unscripted waffle :-) This very old Pratt-Bernerd Grip Tru chuck had bell-mouthed jaws which the Grip Tru mechanism cannot compensate for, so they had to be reground parallel to the spindle bore. I have used the method of inserting pins into the faces of the jaws and then clamped a ring of suitable diameter in the correct orientation (as if the chuck were holding a workpiece) for grinding. It worked fine and these chuck jaws are usable again. I also bought a couple of cheap chucking reamers off Aliexpress which turned out to be oversize. Yes, ideally you would use a floating reamer holder mounted in the tailstock for this job but I would have accepted a minor oversize bore for the pulley, but the result was way oversize and pulley was of no use.
