Putin winning, Biden losing Gulf royals' support? U.S. 'concerned' over UAE-Russia 'secret' alliance

According to the leaked Pentagon documents Russian intelligence officers were allegedly bragging that they had persuaded the oil-rich United Arab Emirates to "join forces against US and UK intelligence agencies."  U.S. officials have not commented to the document that was leaked.
