In this video, I share my real-world Tesla ownership experience over age 50 — from buying my Tesla online and picking it up in Lisle, Illinois, to real costs, incentives, home charging, accessories, and living with FSD long-term.

I traded in my 2019 Ford Edge, received the $7,500 federal EV tax credit, later qualified for the $4,000 Illinois EV rebate, and installed home charging with a NEMA 14-50 outlet. I also talk about comfort upgrades like XPEL XR window tint and how Tesla ownership fits into daily life.

Most importantly, I break down my experience using Full Self-Driving free for 5 months, driving one month without it, and why I now pay for the monthly FSD subscription — especially as a driver over 50.
