EDIT-the above repeat pattern (row 2-11) is for a mesh pattern of 2 rows.

for a mesh pattern of 4 rows we will make 4 additional rows over the initial 11 rows-
Row 12, 13, 14, 15- rep row 8, 9 twice.
Then we will repeat row 2- 15 for pattern till the end of the shrug/ cardigan for a 4 mesh rows pattern.

To Crochet this cocoon shrug you will need:
Yarn- any color and material of your choice, light weight yarn 500 g
(I'm using local nylon-acrylic yarn green color, yardage 275 m per 100g)
Crochet hook- 5 mm or H size
Scissors, Tapestry needle, Stitch markers, Measuring tape
