With all the craze about micheladas and ceviche platters, I was inspired to create some fun michelada mixes of my own. Since traditional micheladas contain seafood and clam juice, I enjoyed the task of making it my own. I would love to hear what you think and please share recipes you have created on your own!
As mentioned, I sort of winged a "Clamato" sauce to add to the ceviche michi. It is not perfected yet, but once it is, I promise I will make a video. As a person who is not a fan of tomato sauce I have to admit it was pretty difficult to try and duplicate, but I have faith!
