Along the way, we accidentally derail into the forgotten legend of Baby Peggy, the silent-era child star who opened the Vista’s very first screening in 1923. What started as a theater story turned into a spotlight on lost fame, early cinema, and the strange ghosts that still haunt Sunset Blvd.
This is a story about free speech, weird art, neighborhood rebellion — and the single-screen cinema that refused to shut up.
