நூலெல்லாம் அறம்சார்ந்தே படைக்கப்படுகிறது
திருக்குறள் ஒன்றுதான் அறமாகவே பார்க்கப்படுகிறது

திருக்குறள் செய்யுள் வடிவிலானது
பொருட்குறள் பாடல் வடிவிலானது.

திருக்குறள் ஏழு சீர்களால் ஆனது
பொருட்குறள் எட்டு சொற்களால் ஆனது .

திருக்குறள் என்பது இமயமலை
பொருட்குறள் அதிலிருந்து வடிக்கப்பட்ட அழகுச் சிலை.

தங்கக் கட்டிகளானது திருக்குறள்
தங்க ஆபரணங்களானது பொருட்குறள்.

மூலவரைப் போன்றது திருக்குறள்
உற்சவரைப் போன்றது பொருட்குறள்.

2010 ஆம் ஆண்டுமுதல் கவிஞர் பா.செம்பையா அவர்களின்
14 ஆண்டு கால தவத்தின் பயனே
இந்தத் திருக்குறளும் பொருட்குறளும்.

The Author, Mr. B. Sembaiah, a Tamil language lyricist who has written more than hundreds of songs, including children's rhymes, devotional songs and film songs, since 1989.

He has been working on a newer version for the Sangam Literature "Thirukkural", as a unique effort to make it easier for the present and future generation to understand.

‘Thirukkural’, which is one of the Sangam Literature in Tamil Language, was written by the Epic poet ‘Thiruvalluvar’, almost 2000 years ago and there are many authors who have written explanatory versions for the literature from 13th Century CE. Most of those explanations were very elaborate and the common man finds difficult to understand them easily. But in the 20th Century CE, Shri. M.Varadarajan, popularly known as “Mu.Va.” to the Tamil literary world, has made the explanations to the Thirukkural very brief and reasonably understandable.

Subsequently, many authors followed the footsteps of Mu.Va. to write their explanations to the ‘Thirukkural’.

In the present 21st Century CE the Author B. Sembaiah makes an effort to give the explanations in a different manner with semi poetic nature and names it as ‘Thirukkuralum Porutkuralum’, making it easily understandable, even for school going children in all over the Tamil world.
