💬❓ The southern part of Aotearoa New Zealand’s plate boundary is called the Puysegar Trench. Here the Australian Plate dives down (subducts) below the Pacific Plate (the opposite to the Hikurangi subduction zone) – so what do we know about this part of our plate boundary? Dr. Kate Clark from GNS Science explains.
