Living alone in New York City in your 30s is a unique kind of adventure — fast-paced, unpredictable, and sometimes deeply grounding. In this episode of my NYC vlog series, I’m sharing real moments from my life: going out for drinks with friends, going to parties, and just enjoying being surrounded by people I love.
At the same time, I’m learning how to slow down and really feel life as it happens. I’ve been holding onto the mindset that “slow is smooth, and smooth is fast” — learned from the film "F1", great movie highly recommended if you havn't watched yet. This phrase reminds myself not to rush through my 30s, not to chase the next thing without appreciating where I am. Living solo in NYC doesn’t mean being alone — it means making space for gratitude, presence, and connection- with others but also most importantly, with myself!
