A mesa or misha is a kind of potion bag of the Inkas. You can also see it as a mobil altar and a tool for the spiritual work of practitioners of the Inka tradition.
In this video Hans-Martin Beck who is a trainer and teacher of this wisdom teaching, explains what a mesa/misha is, what you may need it for and how you can fold it according to Don Benito Qoriwaman, a famous indiginous master in the region close to Cusco.
This old folding style will enable you to close your misha (and keep it firmly closed) without using a long ribbon (called Huatana).
