One that has never been attempted is a FRV on the X93 between Middlesbrough, Whitby & Scarborough, and despite the rain pouring down throughout some of the journey, it was a really good bus journey for what is one of the best routes in the UK.
I did attempt a visual two years ago, although that was only between Middlesbrough and Whitby, and was ruined by the sun shining in the view of the camera angle;

Recently the reliability of the summer fleet has been the worst it's ever been, with Frequenta Pulsar 2s being the main allocation for the X94s due to continuous breakdowns with the ex London B7TLs, it's something Arriva should consider for when they plan what buses to use next year, if they have any decent ones left...
