20 Tips to Edit Photos in Affinity – Free Photoshop Alternative

Affinity is a powerful photo editing program and one of Photoshop’s longtime competitors. Now it’s completely free for everyone, thanks to Canva, which bought it and made it available — a huge deal for photographers, because this is truly a professional tool.

I’ve been using Affinity since its very start in 2015, and today we’ll dive in to see how to start editing right away. Is there a catch with “free”? Not at all! Canva subscribers only get access to advanced AI features, but even without that, Affinity gives you everything you need for professional-level editing.
