When substituting yarns, you likely know that a gauge swatch is necessary. Sometimes though, you can meet stitch count and not match row gauge. When is that row gauge important?
Kelsey walks through when you need to be concerned about row gauge and when it's ok to not match it, provided of course that your stitch gauge is correct. With a couple of specific examples, this video will help you know when you can substitute yarns with confidence.
