Yes, the guitarist was also a concertinist. This is an study from his New Method.
The concertina’s arrangement of notes is interesting, they alternate sides of the instrument. Put simply, the notes on the “spaces” are on the left and those on the “lines” are on the right. This is why it looks like I may not be playing at some moments — I am playing on the side opposite to the camera!
I'm trying to get better at video performances, so this is really a practice in performance and audio/video recording.
