Here is a raw uncut video of my creative making process.
It’s pretty much just letting my brain come up with whatever it wants to, whether or not certain melodies sound cohesive together or not.
Oftentimes, some of my best ideas come from semi-improvisation because it is easy to get stubborn and force melodies to go where I want them rather than letting them take me where it wants to go.
But when I let loose, I’m able to look back and pick my favorite parts and think about how I can use those ideas to compose a piece in the future.
So this video isn’t too interesting and I considered not posting it BUT I want to have this documented so that I can look back and see how far I’ve come with improvising.
The goal is to improvise like @MusicalBasics!
