Gaomon PD 1161 review...Is this quality or questionable?

I gotta admit, this tablet surprised me...and I didn't expect it. Today I'll review the Gaomon PD 1161, and I'm putting it to the ultimate test. Let's see: can this affordable art tablet be used to make professional grade artwork? If it can, then it can handle drawing your OC's, and everything in between.
